NanoWave

I like that the tool Audacity does exist.
But appears, that there many things are not clear, and nothing about processing - how it is working - is described; and there some things aren't good systemized.
As an example how to make sound processing program, I intended to make an own program, and here it is.
The program functionality is very small, and includes very very few functions yet.
