Некоторые программы предназначены для разработчиков/отладчиков программ, так что я их на русском языке не описываю.
Программа Windows Resident Tools служит для компенсации некоторых из недостатков Windows XP, а также для добавления некоторых мелких возможностей.
Программа NanoWave задумывалась не как полновесный Audio Editor, а просто как компенсатор другой программы - Audacity, так что есть вероятность что развиваться не будет.
